NFPA 99 & JCAHO COMPLIANT DOCUMENTATION NFPA 99 JCAHO Environment of Care All documentation from POWERSERVE fully supports and describes the testing and the methods applied as well as the status of the equipment under test. The systems tested are all listed by their electrical designation, location and test date. When subsequent repairs or retrofits are performed, updated documentation is furnished following these activities. The Final Report is intended to be referenced in the hospital's Utility Management Plan and can be "pulled off the shelf" as a stand-alone document to demonstrate compliance with NFPA 99 Section 3-3.2.2 "Isolated Power Systems" and Section 3-3.4.3 "Recordkeeping". |
