In most hospital Surgery wings and ICU/CCU areas there will be some remote alarms/annunciators connected to an IPS panel.  These may be located in the Operating Room, corridors, or at the Nurse Station.

Whenever a Line Isolation Monitor has a remote alarm or slave unit connected, POWERSERVE verifies the performance of the visual and audible indicators and the "Silence" or "Mute" feature.  Any deficiencies in performance, including burned-out light bulbs, will be recorded in the Final Report.
